Hello !

I have the following Configuration:
VMware ESXi v6.0.0

Virtual Machine Properties:

RAM: 16Gb
CPU: 8

Disk1: [SSD-460Gb] THE.DUDE - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/chr-6.42.3.vmdk
Virtual Device Node: IDE

Disk2: [SSD-460Gb] THE.DUDE - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/THE.DUDE - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.vmdk
Virtual Device Node: SCSI

I try to upgrade packages from 6.42.3 to 6.42.4 and then router os try to download package i get error on VMware
Virtual Machine Message
The operation on the file "/vmfs/devices/deltadisk/4e575c2a-chr-6.42.3-s001.vmdk" failed(14 (Bad address)).
The file system where disk "/vmfs/devices/deltadisk/4e575c2a-chr-6.42.3-s001.vmdk" resides is full.
Select button.retry to attempt the operation again.
Select button.abort to end the session.
On the SSD where is CHR installed is more that 200 Gb free unused space.
Then i run CHR virtual machine from VMware its start for 2-8 seconds and after goes down with this error.

To reinstall completly chr on new version don\t solve the problem. on next update will be the same.

Please help up to resovle the problem !

I have the following Configuration:
VMware ESXi v6.0.0
I am using ESXi 6.5.0 u2 with absolutely no issues at all. Is there any reason you have not updated your ESXi installation?

Same shit...
I don't know what is the root of this bug, but have a similar error today.
ESXi 6.0, router stuck when I trying to update ROS to 6.44 from 6.3x.
How to resolve?
1. Stop chr VM.
2. Copy VM virtual drive to the local PC.
3. Don't forget backup original VM drive.
4. Install VirtualBox and attach VM drive via IDE.
5. Run VM, upgrade ROS.
6. Move VM drive to ESXi.
After that, all works.
