Problem Validating account to purchase CHR license

US based WISP, down to last chance to validate account for purchase.
only have a few days left to upgrade from trial license.

Can anybody give me some insight as far as validating account for Credit card purchases?

Never did successfully use credit card.
We ended up using PayPal, seems it was a problem with US bank declining international transaction ....

The same is with me! Tried multiple cards even, but all with same error. 0.10$ transaction goes successfully but other transaction never succeed.
