Can´t transfer CHR License

Hi, I bought a CHR license on 2018 and my hosting provider will change the server and we need to move the license to the new machine...
When I go to my Mikrotik account and "All CHR keys section" not show any license... the only place where I can find the license is under "History of your prepaid keys" but there I can´t do nothing, from History I can´t transfer license...
On my old CHR the license saw "deadline at 10 March 2020" , "Limited upgraded" is ticked... and I can´t upgrade CHR...
How I can transfer the license to my new CHR?
