I wan´t to install openWRT in a RB750, it has 32mb of RAM and 64 mb of flash, is that possible?, I think 16mb for Mikrotik RouterOS and 16 MB for openWRT.
I would use the precompiled package of openWRT provided by Mikrotik for using with Metarouter, so, as I understood I don´t need patches. If I use this openWRT, is possible to install Asterisk via opkg? If that is possible, my flash of 64mb is enough for installing all that?

yes, that should be possible. Also notice, that you should remove everything that is not in use and use just few things on host OS, as 16MB of RAM is not good.
