SFP modules for the new RB260 SwOS 2.0

Wed Mar 29, 2017 11:37 am

Please note

OPTIC-SFP-S1205-L3302-LC
OPTIC-SFP-S1203-L3302-LC
OPTIC-SFP-5335S-02-SC-P
OPTIC-SFP-5324S-20-SC
OPTIC-SFP-5324S-20-SC
are not compattible with the new RB260GS & SwOS 2.0.

The switch freezes after the SFP is inserted.

The
OPTIC-S-3553LC20D
and
RTB-SFP-S-3553LC20D

seem to be working with RB260GS

Well, the switch still works.
Only the software will crash.

I've set vlan tagging on the sfp port.
It works fine, only the managent interfase is unreachable.
Crazy enough, it will keeps sending neighbor discovery packages.

Perhaps it can be fixed.
At the very least so it does not crash.

I have discovered the same problem. Just ordered 60x Optic SFP-3524s-20-sc and 60x MikroTik RB260GS.

First tested with one, then ordered the rest. The one was working. After a day testing 1 sfp worked in combination with a specific switch. Does anybody know a sollution?

And it differs. Sometimes the switch totally freezes, another time only partially. You can diagnose by pinging. When you can ping the switch for 10 minutes with the same ping time, it is okay. But when the ping time varies it will freeze eventually.

Hello! Please answer, did you find a solution? Any modules with plug SC started working?
