In CSS326 switchOs 2.2 Can I configure tagged and untagged VLAN on the same port for SIP telephon with 2 Ethernet port.

Yes you can!
Make the port member of both VLANs (VLANs tab) and make the untagged VLAN the default VLAN (VLAN tab), "VLAN receive" set to "any", mode set to "enabled" (not sure what "optional" does).
