Please provide some info about QoS support for this switch. How many hardware queues? What's the queue length? How are the outgoing packets being queued (strict priority scheduling/ WRR/ etc)? I presume I need to use ACL's to mangle the incoming packet's CoS field in order to do custom classification, am I right? How about untagged packets?
