We have 6 CSS106-1G-4P-1S switches in a tower, the main switch has 4 switches connected to it and does not give PoE, one of these four switches has another switch connected to one of its interfaces and MikroTik radios in other interfaces, which are PoE.
All switches use autonegotiate in their links.
Sometimes the network becomes very slow so after bandwidth test between radios we only get 95/95M, and it turns out that the link status is at 100 (in the main switch), after rebooting the switch they come up 1000, then after some time they go back to a 100 again.
Current SWOS version is 2.2.
Please advise.

We have ordered the new CRS328-24P-4S to replace the current switches in the tower. When we install it we will perform a cable test with a tester as well as physically inspect it.
