CRS317 v.s. SwOS

Help... I would like to switch to SwOS from ROS 6.42.5 (CRS317), but:

Quick Guide: "From RouterOS: in the System RouterBOARD menu, click “Settings” and there select “Boot OS”."
Reality: the "setting" item in the menu is not (under "System") ... checked in WInbox/web/console

Is there a different option/way to swicth to SwOS?

i prefer Routeros, better and powerful management (graphics, logs, etc)

to change :

system --> routerboard --> settings -->boot OS select between ROuteros and swos
