Today I'm testing CSS326 with SwOS (2.3 and 2.7) and try to set bandwitch limt form Forward Tab.

Two CPE connected to switch with this same vlan (native 1) and run iperf3. When Ingress rate is not set, traffic have 1Gb/s. When set any option to Ingress on Port who connect computer, bandwitch thorughtput drop immpediatly to very low (not to value from definition on Forward Tab).
When try set port limitation bandwith on ACL Tab, have this same problem.

Example. Set 500M on Forward Ingress Limit, realy traffic is about 15Mbit. When limit set to 1G (full of port) traffic is about ~940Mbit. When limit to 900M, real traffic falls to ~10 Mbit.

This function is broken on CSS326?
