CSS326-24G-2S+RM: High Packet Loss from untagged to tagged VLAN

Hello,
I'm trying to prevent a packet loss from my tagged VLAN.
I have Port 1 (untagged: ID 2), and Port 2 (untagged: ID 1, tagged: ID 2). Now I try to use the ping program from a device connected to Port 2 using tagged frames with ID 2. The frames should go to Port 1.
The packet loss from ping is always around 85-95%. HTTP-Connections are extremely slow. Around 5 minutes for a simple text file.
Could this be a defective switch device (my old non-MikroTik switch is working fine with this setup) or maybe a firmware bug?
Firmware is latest version (2.8 ).
