Problems with SFP

Thu May 09, 2019 9:47 pm

I have a CRS309-1G-8S+ running in Switch mode with SwOS 2.9 from 7th Jan

The problem I have is that with the SFPs I have installed none of them link up, also tried RouterOS same thing there.
They are detected by the switch, here is the different SFPs I have installed

CISCO-METHODE SP7041_Rev_F
CISCO-AVAGO QBCU-5798R
CISCO-PROLABS GLC-T-C Rev A

I have verified that they work with another Cisco switch.

Anyone that have an idee what I can do?

Have you tried to change the auto negotiation option?

Yes tried to change it to 1000/full but it doesnt link up.
Right now I have solved it with borrowing two SR SFPs (fiber) and they work without a problem, so right now it is only GLC-T SFPs that isnt woriking.

Got them to work in RouterOS when I upgraded to the beta release of it, but dont work right now in SwitchOS.

It is the case to write to mikrotik support. Sounds like drivers are missing.
