I bought 10gTeK fiber SFP's for CRS309-1G-8S+. They link up and work just like expected I had no idea there was an issue for a long time. The device on the other side of the fiber is an F5 hardware appliance with OEM fiber SFP. What I noticed was when I rebooted the F5 the link would not re-establish unless I physically pull and reinsert the fiber module from the Mikrotik side. I am just wondering if this is just an issue with the 3rd party fiber sfp, I have two fully loaded CRS309-1g-8s+ with 3rd party dac's and they never have anything like this happen, I would just run dac's and call it a day but I hate the error logs constantly on the F5 side for using none OEM SFP modules.
Anyone have anything like this happen and switch to Mikotik branded SFP and saw it go away? For now I just reboot one F5 then pull and plug the module and then reboot the other.
