My entone HDTV (iptv) only connects to my RB250GS with a speed of 10Mb/s, while the entone device is capable of doing 100Mb/s. I tried to set the speed manually but then it does not connect at all. I also replaced the UTP cable but no success. When I connected the entone to another switch I noticed no problems at all.

What if you connect another device temporarily to the 250? Does it goto 100? Maybe the 250 is damaged where it can't do 100.

If I use another port on the 250 I notice the same behaviour.
I also inserted another device into the port in question and it does not default to 10Mb/s
