In this topic I want describe and suggesting a new method for bandwidth management based on amount of data usage.
I think it's better to be explained with picture.
If amount of data exchange in the last specified time period to be greater or less than specified amount of data, limit of bandwidth decrease/increase based on specified percent of max-limit (current-limit).
If anyone has any suggestions for improving this method, add it in this topic.
