Feature Request: Ethernet Cable Length & defective pairs

it would be interesting to add in the Interfaces Ethernet state a tab with the cable length, and possible problems with wires
I do not know if that would be a hardware implementation or would be possible,
more would be interesting to remote diagnostics for example.
