PCC load balancing : rules order and passtrough

I'm using fine this mangle set for PCC loadbalancing
But "fine" doesn't always mean "the best way"

I was ask you about the rules sequence and the passthrough= statement are OK or not (there is some confusion in the moltitude of resources available on the net....)

ether1= LAN ether 6 = 192.168.10.2, ether 7 = 192.168.20.2, ether 8 = 192.168.30.2, (WAN)
192.168.10.1, 192.168.20.1, 192.168.30.1 = gateways
