Queue tree parent with two master interfaces

Tue Nov 17, 2015 12:00 am

Hello, first, excuse for my ignorance.

I will try to explain.

I always use MK 75x, 95x where they have only ONE master interface for LAN in the switch.

When I am creating Queue tree is very easy, because the first parent is ETH2-master.... and after comes all the rules for incoming with the correct mangle (previous).

But now, I am learning with a rb2011xxxx, which it has TWO switch internally and TWO master ports, the port2 and the port6, they are "like" separately .

Before, with the 75x and 95x I create a parent with max XXX Mbps, PCQ, named: download, and its parent is eth2-master
And here all the rules.

Now, How can I do?

Today I create TWO big rules for downloading, one with the parent in eth2 and other with the parent eth6, and down, exactly the same but with different parents...

but, what is the problem....

The total for download on eth2 + total on download on eth6 is bigger than the real maximun download..

I think must be a way to integrate it, or I am misunderstanding something.

Thank you for your help
