+
1. Wireless speeds (nstream/dual nstream)
2. Wireless stability (nstream + spec. drivers)
3. MT attitude to their customers (they are listening us !), so I can count on this platform.
4. Trouble tickets decreased, so now we can handle more customers with less staff
5. I'm god in my friends eyes for making them 60 mbits+ at 5km+ :}

-
1. Bad manual (I had to break my head until I find and test everything ...)
P.S. I just found bug in the manual - Document revision: 3.3 (July 10 2005) :)
2. Lots of unresolved bugs in latest versions (i'm sticking to the old one ...)
3. My dream - more platforms - but I agree that this will lead to more bugs, slow release times and etc. ... So it stays in my dreams ;).
No more for now :}

Here are my FAVs:

1. Bandwidth control
2. PPPOE
3. IPsec
4. Wireless services
5. Winbox

Most important is that it is quite powerfull, to small, very affordable, very addaptive to different hardware ....

Regards.

I'm using MT on PC for more than 1 year , its powerfull and relibale , but nothing is perfect as they said , when i found another software ( Online24 or 24Online ) i found what MT needs , an integrated GUI , somthing to help any level of users , to avoid adjusting many many tiny parameters in firewall filter,mangle , Q tree .. etc .. it needs more time to spend , more drops to swet , more work , to do this integrations , the beginners and the intermidiate levels of users shouldnt write lines with many parameters , or fill the blanks in the winbox which most of it are unknown till now !!!
