Thank you for your input , i have logged in with the serial cable to see what is going on and here is what i see :

the ports are flapping for no reason, and they are all connected or disconnected nothing changes, also when ever data goes the flapping start to happen directly, so ping for example will cause the links to flap right away
I believe netinstall is useful to upgrade the os if and only if the ethernet is accessible which is not the case now .
This is the first time that it happens to me in RouterBoard and i am totally clueless .
I tried to fix the speed and turn off auto negotiation just to try fixing my ethernet also, with no hope .
