Web Proxy - problem with some web-sites

Thu Mar 03, 2016 3:35 am

Hello everyone.

I have turned on my local network transparent webproxy. The function is doing all the traffic filtering entering, capturing all the pages browsed by my users. All traffic to port 80 is being redirected to the webproxy 8080).

Lately I'm having some trouble opening some specific pages. Some of these pages do not fully carry all content, some images do not appear or slow to appear. This only happens when the webproxy is enabled. When I turn off the webproxy, the few pages that had not opened now usually work :)

I ask, is there anything I can do to avoid these problems loading certain specific pages?
And why this happens, someone has a plausible explanation?

Sorry clerical errors, I'm from Brazil!

Best,

I have the same problem and I did not found a solution. I am not sure but it seems to me that proxy cannot handle big sites. Sometimes I also get an error: "Address family not supported by protocol". I had to disable the proxy.

I have not figured a plausible solution to this problem.

If I disable the web-proxy, the sites load normally.
