I have the answer to both of your questions...
As the first rule of your firewall add:
 /ip firewall filter add chain=forward dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 action=drop

Do not really do that! lol

Probably best use an external MTA that has the appropriate spam filters etc installed. Force mail out via it (nat port 25 out -> mta).

Just make sure you're checking for spam both in and out.

Once a windows system gets enough malware on it, it's almost certain to be turned into a spam zombie, where these programs will send email without the users knowledge to a bajillion other servers at once. I think what the original poster wants to know is how to drop all outbound port 25, while still allowing users to send legitimate email through his mail servers.

One way might be to create a firewall rule to allow forwarding of port 25 to his mail servers IP addresses. Then create another rule to drop all other outbound port 25. Since the action taken relies on the first rule matched, the order of the rules would make a big difference.

If anyone knows of a better way to do this, please reply with your own solution. (see my nick)

It's odd that this would be on the front page today, since this is exactly what I came here to look up myself.
