Which router should I buy?

Which router should I buy?
CCR1036-8G-2S+ or CCR1036-12G-4S
Why?
I have 100 concurrent users. Please suggest me. This will be my first device of MikroTik.

Thanks

The one with the two SFP+ ports. For future expansion and to be able to use the full potential of the device. I also believe that the SFP+ ports can be used with standard SFPs in the meantime - does anyone know if this is true?

Not sure of the speed and number connections,, the complexity of mangle rules, routing and firewall rules, VPN's .etc you will configure.

I have a CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ supporting;
3 Internet connections
300+ users
25+ VPNs
80+ mangle rules

Current resource utilization is:

Uptime: 58 days ( last down time was for firmware upgrade )
Memory: 1.6GB used
CPU: 38 - 45%

Well, you didn't provide enough information.

A couple of real life examples though, I have 2011 handling 60 users, 2 ISP connections (20x20 and 50x50) and a single L2L IPsec VPN in one place. In another place I used to have RB750GL handling 100+ users and 3 ISP connections (10x10, 20x20 and 50x50), which is now replaced with CCR1009 which is mostly idle 99% of the time. This CCR is also running CAPsMAN managing 4 APs and 8 radios.
