Our NAS is 1036 GB Model and around 1200 concurrent PPPoE sessions. Since last 2 weeks, users have been complaining that it gets disconnected randomly and gets connected randomly.
I enabled the deep logging for PPPoE as instructed by Microtik Support and I get this.
How do we debug this ?
Who is at fault ?
Software or Hardware ?
FYI : Those customers are wired customers,not wireless.
