When I make web proxy redirect rule Chain=dstnat protocol= 6(tcp) dst. port= 443 in. interface=ether3 Action= redirect To Ports= 8080 then https website do not open, I am not clear why not work this rule. can anybody help me regarding this issue.

MikroTik web proxy does not support 443

https proxy isn't something that the router can do. You will need a server that can issue forged certs and a self signed root CA must be installed on all of the clients.
