site to site IPsec, route all traffic

In present condition we have cisco as main router in HQ and mikrotik as branch office router.
Until now , the company route only packet of interest via IPsec, but now they want to route all traffic via cisco HQ.
They want to use corporate web firewall, mail firewall, etc... just as for other employee in main HQ building.
is there any advice how to route all traffic from 192.168.15.0/24 .... to cisco in HQ ?
