SAP-Program & 2.9.33 Problem

Fri Oct 20, 2006 4:26 pm

Hi,

I have the following problem with the use of a SAP program. The customer goes over PPPoE on the MT (2.9.33) and receives 10.10.10.10/32 thus IP.

This is converted in the NAT on the 138.xxx.yyy.zzz/32. Thus the customer is arriving and going off over the Pubilc-IP 136.xxx.yyy.zzz attainable. Over the Pubilc-IP also the authorization for the SAP Programierung is examined. Now only this Program does not run since the conversion of 2.8.28 to 2.9.xx any longer. This session can be developed but however data back and forth goes breaks off the connection. How in such a way doesn't it go with 2.8.28 however with 2.9.xx?

add chain=srcnat src-address=10.10.10.10 action=src-nat to-addresses=138.xxx.yyy.zzz \
to-ports=0-65535 comment="" disabled=no

add chain=dstnat dst-address=138.xxx.yyy.zzz action=dst-nat to-addresses=10.10.10.10 \
to-ports=0-65535 comment="" disabled=no

Buy the Way:
With the conversion of 2.9.32 to 2.9.33 the PPPoE server is somewhat more stable and the errors scheind repaired

You had the actions only partially entered by just saying "nat". You must specify src-nat or dst-nat
Should be:
add chain=srcnat src-address=10.10.10.10 action=src-nat to-addresses=138.xxx.yyy.zzz \
to-ports=0-65535 comment="" disabled=no

add chain=dstnat dst-address=138.xxx.yyy.zzz action=dst-nat to-addresses=10.10.10.10 \
to-ports=0-65535 comment="" disabled=no

You are right. I used up myself. Is changed already above. But everything unfortunately goes except this software.

In the 2.8.xx stands only nat in the 2.9.xx src nat & dst nat in it. Into 2.8 it goes, also only into 2.9 stop this SAP-Program.

The private ip is not an issue. Did you bind the static public to the incoming interface of the Mikrtoik though?

Hi Stryker777,

Thus if you want to know whether I the Public IP on the Uplink of the MT registered? Yes I do. Crasy is, in the 2.8 goes in the 2.9 does works.
