Other wireless routers forge the MAC address. This is why You can't see the real MAC address in NAS. Try to turn on / off MAC cloning option in wireless AP (if option is avaialble).

what do you mean by real mac address?
The one that a computer has in its hardware, or the one that you can change in you nic.
As I write in another thread here, its simple to change my mac so that cable or wifi network sees what I have set, not what the hw has.
I do this all the time when I am at an airport and need more than 30 min free internet.
Just change my mac, register a new user, and the more free time

Sounds like you are routing with the MikroTik instead of bridging if you do not see the layer 2 information from a connected client.

To switch to bridging create a bridge and then assign the wireless interface and Ethernet interface to it. You will want to disable any DHCP servers that you have configured and move the IP address to the bridge.
