i linked 2 mikrotik with sstp and worked normal without certificate
then followed your method in creating certificate by mikrotik Terminal and also worked
problem come in case i check option " verify server certificate " at client

how to solve this ?

Use "Verify Server Address from Certificate" instead of "Verify Certificate".

Otherwise the Mikrotik will want to check the server's certificate against a certificate revocation list or online service. Both of which you may not have defined in your CA certificate if you're using self signed certificates.
