I need to know what's the output of poe routerboard in watt? or which class poe of routerboard output?

1-Routerboard 2011 wireless.
2-Routerborad 951 series with bulid in wireless.

Both RB2011 and RB951 will output 12 watts when the input power is 24 volts, such as when using the included power supply.

Both these devices output 24v passive. It won't power any device that is expecting 48 volts 802.3af/at.

If i need to connect ip phone 7962g cisco with routerboard 2011 wireless or 951 series by poe to ip phone,! Are there any problems? or the ip phone will work good?

That will not work!
MikroTik (and Ubiquiti) use a nonstandard form of PoE on their (older) products that is not compatible with the 802.11AF/AT standard used by Cisco and other phone manufacturers, and output by mainstream PoE switches.
You can use the PoE output of MikroTik routers only to power access points that use the same nonstandard method.
(sometimes referred to as "passive PoE")

If your only looking to power a single cisco phone, search your local vendors for a 802.3af POE DC Injector. Since your cisco phone is 802.3af then your POE DC Injector must be 802.3af. If specs don't mention if their PoE is 802.3af, then assume it's not and do research. An example of a single DC injector is: http://www.tp-link.com/us/products/deta ... E150S.html

If you have multiple phones, look for a POE switch, but again it must say it's 802.3af (or 802.3at) to be compatible with your cisco phone.

I stand from you, the poe output from Mikrotik only power on with mikrotik devices or vender..
But not stand or compatible with cisco.
