I think something is wrong with following:

NOW,

I have blocked Hotmail, But still i am able to open the same.

and if i put the proxy setting in my IE...i cant open the Hot mail, but can open with IP address.

Pl Help me.

parent proxy 128.0.0.0 - what's that ? remove this line.
