Hi,

I have just receive my hardware but the PORT LED are not turning on. PWR and USR are turning on. I' am
certain that the cable are working since ive just unplugged the from my network and connected them to the
hardware. And to make sure I put them back again to my network and are working good, but not the hardware.
ive done the RST - reset on the back, hold the button and turned it onhold it still till the USR light is blinking
but still nothing. port LED are not turnign on and winbox is not able to communicate to the hardware. can you
help me please?

This is resolved by netinstall, juat search it to one of the forums here. Thanks
