The image doesn't display, so: have you connected any antenna to the device? If yes, is it for the 2.4 GHz band? If it is not a parabolic one, is it placed on a solid metal (or other electrically conductive) surface?

The error shown on my android was "Authentication Error Occured" and yes the default antenna is connected to it.

The error shown on my android was "Authentication Error Occured" and yes the default antenna is connected to it.
If so, there can be a wireless access list rule allowing to connect only clients with a given strength of signal, or the Tx power of the device itself may be set to a very low value (e.g. because it was connected to a high-gain antenna before and the regulation requires that EIRP is not exceeded, so the user has to compensate the antenna gain in Tx direction by reducing the Tx power).

What is the output of the following commands?
/interface wireless access-list print
/caps-man access-list print
/interface wireless export verbose hide-sensitive

I will show the result of the code you've given when I got my mikrotik back. I sent it to the seller for reconfiguration but i think he failed to fix it.. he told me that this mikrotik has recently connected to a skywave parabolic antenna. thus this have any effect even if i hard reset the mikrotik metal?

I have no idea what antenna gain is set in the default settings for this type of device. Let's see what the seller does with it.

Regardless whether you use Winbox or WebFig, find a button named Terminal. Pressing it opens a command line window and you can paste the lines to it and copy the result from there.

Go to the wireless interface settings, choose Advanced mode and
  • change the country choice from
    country=no_country_set
to the country where you use the device,
  • change
    frequency mode
    to
    regulatory-domain
    ,
  • configure the rest the way you need (frequency/channel, encryption etc.).
If it then works normally (i.e. from a higher distance of the client than 1 m) with the bundled antenna, change
antenna-gain
from current 0 dB to 6 dB to comply with the regulation (according to the product leaflet, the bundled antenna has a 6 dB gain, so if you'd keep the
antenna-gain
at 0, you'd be sending 6 dB more than permitted in your country.

If it is as bad as it was, the issue may be the Mikrotik itself or the antenna cable or the antenna itself. Also bear in mind that the "gain" of an antenna is a consequence of redirecting the energy from some directions to other ones. The typical radiation diagram of a simple rod antenna is like >|<, so try to move the client into different positions with regard to the antenna before concluding.

Hi Im back again. i have another question. what would be the effect if you use another ac adapter instead of the original one.
It depends. Normally I would expect the whole thing go nuts (so impossible to log in) if the voltage or power would be too low to propel the wireless part if that is the question. But weird things do happen. Otherwise any adaptor matching the following requirements fits:
  • output voltage DC
  • output voltage within the range printed on the Mikrotik (the particular range varies per model so check yourself)
  • output power (voltage times current) same or higher than required by the Mikrotik (check the product leaflet again)
.

The trouble with switching power adaptors (which covers almost all adaptors sold during past 10 years, they need much less steel and copper than traditional ones so are both lighter and cheaper) is that they often break only partially, sending out a lot of ripple as their electrolytic capacitors dry out, while a tester still shows the nominal voltage - you need an oscilloscope to see the damage. But as said, I'd expect the router to stop responding completely if this was the issue, not just limiting the wireless power output.
