if i transfers a file by LAN it max out the ethernet (1gig), it is under switch mode (0% cpu utilization) my winbox connection drop or get very laggy

I assume it is because there is no more resource to the winbox connection, I would like to make a simple queue to give some priority to the winbox connection

since switch doesnt work under queue what is the alternative?
