I'm interested if Mikrotik would hire programmers on request.

I tought of the following: give a bounty for Mikrotik to implement and long waiting function.

Like pay 20 000 USD for really good openvpn support.
I bet, there are more than 1000 users, who would pay 20USD (or more) for this...

I'd rather if they added features because they like us and want to make us happy, but it clearly didn't work for some so far, no matter how much they were requested (full OpenVPN is perfect example). I'm not sure if it's the best way to go, but if there's any chance it could work, then why not.
