Has anybody else had the experience of the their Routerboard 493G suddenly randomly rebooting on its own? We've had about 4 failures now. The switch would usually run 2-3 months straight without any issues then all of a sudden it would just randomly reboot itself. For one of our switch failures, it would reboot about every 10 minutes. I've seen multiple posts that says in their logs they see "system,error,critical router was rebooted without proper shutdown by watchdog timer" or "system,error,critical router was rebooted without proper shutdown, probably kernel failure". But for our switches, we just see "system,error,critical router was rebooted without proper shutdown".

The Routerboard is at 6.42.1 and we've also seen the issue at 6.41.

I had the same problem, I sent my router to the service (now I have new one).

Check the power supply volt,amper.
Try another power supply.
