Cant bond...
You need to both on both sides, considering you have different IP addresses on the two lines, it's already impossible to do it...
Most ISPs won't bond for you on their side.

Correct: you cant sum the 2 lines together and get 3M if thats your aim. If you want to load balance between the lines then that is possible - there are a number of different methods for doing this.
