I installed and enabled the wireless package on an RB850Gx2. The CAPsMAN menu does not appear in webfig on the left, but I can access caps-man in the console. I checked the skin design and it doesn't appear there either. ROS 6.42.6.

If you compare the web interface vs winbox, you can see there are a few other things missing, like mpls and openflow.

I had a similar issue after upgrade from 40.8 to 41 and the advice I got here and did work was to clear the browser cache.
