So with the security vulnerabilities the mikrotik has been prone to recently, we have been in the process of upgrading our equipment to the latest firmwares. One of the reasons we have been hesitant to upgrade is that all too often it does not go smoothly and our recent updgrades have been no exception. We have countless bricked routers that have required truck rolls and replacement.
To put it lightly I'm not a happy camper. Since the updates have broke the routers I would hope that mikrotik would stand behind their mistake and replace it free of charge. What would be the process to get this remedied?
