I've gone through the youtube and some other blogs/web. Create simple queues targeting 1 IP for a test limiting 5m Upload/Download. Run a speed test but nothing changed, still beyond my setup. When i performed and run the Torch, it's working fine.
Not sure what did i left on my config.

Yes @joni is right. If you have fasttrack enabled the majority of your traffic will skip through many of the main features including queues. As soon as you disable fasttrack your queues should see a great deal more traffic hitting them. However, your CPU usage may well go up considerably if you have a lower end device.

Test and let us know if that helps.

In your firewall filter table you'll have a "forward" rule with an action of fasttrack. Disable that rule. There should be a matching accept rule to let the traffic rule. If you lose internet access change the fasttrack action to accept and re-enable
