RouterOS v6.42.7 showing old web interface

Thu Sep 06, 2018 8:25 pm

I have a RB750 running latest RouterOS 6.42.7 and webfig showing the old login page(see picture attached)
I don't understand why it's showing the old page and this started since upgrading to 6.42.7. When I enter my credentials it goes to "/cfg" instead of "/webfig"
If I manually type "/webfig" it goes to the correct place. Is this a bug?

Have you cleared the browser cache?

Yes, I have tried that and same thing, I shouldn't have to do that anyway as It used to show the newer login page and like I said, since I upgraded the OS to latest(6.42.7) it started showing the old page.

It's very odd and it is still showing the old page after updating to 6.43 that was just released.

Same on RB600 that was updated slowly over the years from v3.3 to current version now. On another similarly old RB800 it only changed to modern page after I did netinstall. So if it really bothers you, do the clear new mikrotik install using neinstall and it should be fixed...
