Hello,
I have an RB3011UAis router board with PPPoE server configuration with external radius connected in VPN. I have 28 customers.
It happens very frequently that it gives me error: "authentication failed - radius timeout".
When this error occurs logically the radius is blocked for that user and only has to be restarted.
I have updated to the latest version but the result does not change.

I would like to receive support if possible.
