RBSXTR&R11E-LTE has a two sim card slots
It's possible to configure RBSXTR&R11E-LTE as a router with Active - Passive failover between two sim card's? Maybe somebody have a example of working config for that task?

This article is very interesting, but the main question is HOW can i make failover between two SIM if both of them have a dynamic IP's.
I know that if i have a two ISP with static IP and known gateways it's not a problem using standard scripts, but when i use a dynamic IP&GW addresses i can't use a route rules for "ping base" failover.
The main question is, how can i detect for example that IP 8.8.8.8 is not accessible via sim slot down, and switch it to sim slot up?
