I want to do some real custom PCQ stuff.

Basically, for example sake I have 4 IP's sharing 10mbit.

I want IP 1 to be guaranteed 5mbit, IP 2 guaranteed 2mbit and the other 2 share the remaining 3mbit, but obviously if IP1 and IP2 not using their full allocation anyone can go up to 10mbit (does this make sense?)

So I've seen the examples of PCQ where if there's 10 mbit and 4 IPs, first person gets 10, 2nd person both come in get 5, 3rd/4th come in and its 2.5ea, but how to set custom limits per IP to achieve the above? Is this something achievable with parent/child queues? I use simple queues for this work currently.
