I'm using 1 one CCR1036 equipment do the router hotspot and Access Point is EAP1300 of Engenius. We're experiencing errors such as the following:
The devices Apple ( Iphone, Ipad ) when connected to wifi hotspot on mikrotik system. After locking the screen for about 2 minutes, this devices will escape the wifi system.
If not turn on hotspot on mikrotik does not occur this error. Please help me fix this error ?

Based on what you said below, they're not getting the portal page to agree to the terms? Or are you saying they can connect to the AP and then get dropped off?

Or get connected to the AP and wont get online?

Can you give more info regarding your config/ layout
