I am configuring an LtAP as an out-of-band device to take over the console of something else.
The idea is to have a VPN over LTE and hop back over this VPN to the serial port of the device.
Everything works fine, but when I reboot the device with serial connected, it seems to hang.
Because there is no console any more debugging gets a bit more difficult lol, but I think this is happening:
In the BIOS boot, it still thinks there is a console, and because there is something attached to the port it hangs in the speed
negotiation of the port.
When I put the baud rate to off in system routerboard, everything seems to work. No hangs in boot.

Just wanted to check if my thought process is correct. Are there any other problems that could pop up when using the device for this purpose?
