In the last photo press the upgrade and then wait 5 sec then reboot.
You are running on 6.43.4 as ros, but the hardware firmware need to update too.

I dont knowed that even RoS must upgrade hardware FW. Thanks for your answer. Helped !

You can upgrade firmware automatically after ROS upgrade by going into Routerboard->Settings and enable auto upgrade. Second reboot will be needed after ROS upgrade for firmware upgrade, but it saves you from needing to click the upgrade button.I dont knowed that even RoS must upgrade hardware FW.
