Hi friends. I have a problem with RB951Ui. the wifi stations after some minutes disconnected from the router and connection lost: sending station leaving (3). the router os and firmware is latest 6.43.8 any way to fix this problem ?

If this is a mobile device on your hotspot then this is rather normal, isn't it? Just a battery savings and therefore wifi switch off temporary on the mobile device.
