I need way or script to do controlling and managing a small network to limit each PPPOE or HOTSPOT user uses the bandwidth capacity as example "20GB" for 30 day or daily and after it "his quote" ended it's shifting his speed automatically to lower speed to his new date start in date 1 in his new month ...
is that possible to help in that ...

some people say to me user manger is very recommended but they said UM has some issue's too like it's gonna freeze without any reason ..you can use user-manager or control in the hotspot is available
if you can trust on user manger ... and sure it's a good solution to me and my case say it and if u can send a link to setup it and control pppoe correctly ....
