OpenVPN suddenly stopped working

Mon Jan 21, 2019 8:19 pm

Hello!

About a month ago or so I set up OpenVPN on our Mikrotik router running v6.42.3. Everything has been working dandy until today, were I suddenly cannot connect.

My windows client OpenVPN GUI says the following:

And then it loops for that like eternity. I have tried from 2 different computers, both known to be working before, from my ISP and my cellphones LTE connection.

Logging under RouterOS does not say anything despite me running:
/system logging
add topics=ovpn,debug

Any ideas?

Regards, Emil

Looks like the connection attempt is being rejected from your router. Is your ovpn server still running?
Did you apply any changes to your input firewall before that?

Yupp, I even tried to restart it (by web interface untick running box, apply, tick it again, apply)

Nope, nothing should have been touched from the last time it was working.
